We are thrilled to announce YTA's very first weekend program to be held at the Himalayan Institute!
Join us for a special weekend with Luke Ketterhagen to discover how the many paths to renewal—yoga, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, relaxation, hiking, a supportive and like-minded community—can enhance your life.
The weekend will focus on time-tested practices and philosophies to heal and renew, starting on Friday evening with a lecture on foundational yogic principles followed by a session of supportive and restorative asana. On Saturday we’ll discuss how a steady and grounded asana practice is a gateway to freedom from our habit patterns and explore the healing power of pranayama. We will wrap up on Sunday with a session on meditation, the practice that the great sages say is “that which introduces you to yourself” and can help you renew every day.
There will be opportunities to connect with others over chai, on our group hike, and at Saturday night’s campfire, or you can choose to make your own path to renewal with a spa treatment, a walk in the woods, or other time on your own.
Whether you are a teacher looking to add skills to your repertoire, a serious student wanting to refine and deepen your practice, or just ready to get away to a peaceful setting to relax and renew, this weekend is for you!
Join your community and unplug with this blissful weekend led by Luke Ketterhagen. Discover new paths to renewal through the practices of asana, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, and restorative yoga.
Register by September 15 to take advantage of early bird pricing!
